Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made from Evitavonni Collections Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions.

1. Important Notice About Our Products

Many of our products are:

  • Bespoke, made to order, customised, or personalised; and/or
  • Cut to order, including fabrics and bed linen

Because of this, returns and cancellations are limited and may differ from standard online retail policies.

2. Cancellations

Bespoke & Custom Orders

Orders for bespoke, customised, or personalised goods cannot be cancelled once the order has been acknowledged by us.

Cut-to-Order Fabric & Bed Linen

Orders for stock fabric and/or bed linen cannot be cancelled once cutting has commenced.

Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.

3. Returns (Non-Faulty Goods)

We accept returns strictly at our discretion and only where all of the following conditions are met:

  • We are notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery
  • The goods are unused, uncut, and in a resaleable condition
  • The goods have not been customised or made to order
  • The goods are returned following our written approval

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, calculated on the total invoice value.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Faulty Goods

If you believe goods are faulty, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of delivery, clearly stating the nature of the suspected fault.

Upon confirmation from us:

  • The goods must be returned for inspection
  • If the goods are deemed faulty by us, we will provide a full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs

This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. Inspection on Delivery

It is your responsibility to:

  • Inspect all goods immediately upon delivery
  • Check colour, condition, and accuracy of printing
  • Ensure goods match your order before any cutting or use

Claims relating to colour, condition, or printing cannot be accepted once goods have been cut or altered.

6. Consumer Rights (UK)

Under UK consumer law, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to:

  • Bespoke or personalised goods
  • Goods cut to order or made to your specifications

Where consumer rights do apply, nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

7. How to Request a Return or Report an Issue

All requests must be made in writing to:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue or reason for return
  • Photographs where relevant

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

8. Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Refunds will be issued within a reasonable time after inspection

9. International Orders

Return and refund conditions apply equally to international orders.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or shipping costs unless the goods are confirmed as faulty.
