This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed with Evitavonni Collections Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns & Refunds Policy.
1. Delivery Locations
We deliver within the United Kingdom and internationally.
International deliveries are subject to availability and destination-specific shipping options.
2. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges are calculated based on destination, order size, and shipping method.
- All delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Delivery charges are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Any delivery dates or times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on:
- Product type (stock or bespoke)
- Order size and complexity
- Production lead times
- Delivery destination
We will notify you if there are any significant delays to your order.
4. Dispatch of Orders
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Guildford, Surrey (UK).
- Bespoke, made-to-order, or cut-to-order items may require additional production time before dispatch.
- Orders are dispatched once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Delivery Method
Delivery may be made:
- By our own transport; or
- By a third-party carrier appointed by us
Delivery methods are selected at our discretion unless otherwise agreed.
6. Risk & Responsibility
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery to:
- The customer; or
- The customer’s nominated delivery address or agent
Customers are responsible for ensuring safe receipt of goods and should make appropriate insurance arrangements where required.
7. Inspection on Delivery
You must inspect all goods immediately upon delivery and before any cutting or use.
Please check:
- Quantity
- Colour
- Condition
- Accuracy of printing
Any issues must be reported to us in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Failed or Refused Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
- Failure to accept delivery
- Failure to take necessary action to enable delivery
We reserve the right to:
- Charge additional delivery or storage costs; or
- Cancel the order and recover any losses incurred
9. International Shipping
For international deliveries:
- Delivery times may vary significantly depending on destination
- Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities
All duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Non-Delivery or Damage in Transit
If goods are lost or damaged in transit, you must notify us:
- In writing
- Within the timeframes specified in our Terms & Conditions
Where required, damaged goods must be signed for as damaged upon delivery.
